Our Projects

During the design phase in 2011–2012, the project envisaged the reconstruction of a building and its adaptation for a 40-bed residential social care facility for elderly people with established nursing care needs, operated by a staff of 28 employees.

The following works were planned as part of the reconstruction:

• Refurbishment of interior premises:
  Existing spaces were renovated and functionally adapted to accommodate the new use.

• Façade and roof renovation:
  The existing façade finishing was preserved, while the main entrance doors and the windows of glazed balconies were replaced. The flat roof above the third floor was refurbished.

• Construction of an additional storey:
  A new superstructure was constructed above the second floor, replacing the existing flat roof.

• Evacuation staircase:
  An additional external lightweight evacuation staircase was constructed to ensure safe evacuation of occupants.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology was applied throughout the entire project.
