Statybų inžinerinės paslaugos UAB (commonly known in Lithuania as "SIP") is a certified engineering consulting company that has been providing comprehensive civil engineering services to Lithuanian and foreign Clients for over 20 years and is constantly developing its activities in the areas of infrastructure, environmental protection, territorial planning, design, technical supervision of construction as well as design and construction management and other engineering consulting services. In its long-term activities, the Company widely applies the principles and provisions of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers, commonly known as FIDIC.
SIP implements national infrastructural and environmental projects supported by EU structural funds throughout the whole territory of Lithuania as well as assists Lithuanian and foreign private Clients in implementing individual engineering projects.
SIP has built a strong team of certified specialists (Designers, Technical supervisors of construction, Project managers and FIDIC Engineers) having over 10-15 years of civil engineering experience, constantly raising their professional qualifications, improving processes of their activities and promoting innovations. SIP team puts the efforts not only in providing high-quality and timely engineering services, but also in creating added value for its customers.

Environmental Policy
To support the implementation of these principles, UAB Statybų inžinerinės paslaugos has implemented an environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of LST EN ISO 14001:2015.

Constantly improve by applying modern design technologies (Civil 3D, Revit, BIM, Ecotect analysis) and lead the top three Lithuanian design companies in terms of advanced solutions and usage of new technologies.

Work only with reliable suppliers and subcontractors in order to ensure that the services they provide and the working conditions they assure would comply with SIP policy, goals and legal requirements.

Organize the practical training of SIP employees and encourage them to raise their qualifications, constantly emphasizing the personal responsibility to provide services, which do not cause a negative impact on the environment.

When planning and carrying out the activities, we involve the employees and the subcontractors in the activities related to the effective environmental protection, management of risk factors, improvement of worker safety and health, pollution prevention.
