Our Projects

The administrative building of the Karoliniškės Eldership of Vilnius City Municipality Administration was reconstructed.
In accordance with the project brief, the ground floor premises were re-planned and fully refurbished. In addition, a second floor was designed and constructed.

Ground floor:

• All refurbishment and fit-out works were completed.
• A common sanitary facility accessible to persons with disabilities was installed.
• An evacuation corridor and an additional external exit were formed.
• A staircase connecting the ground floor to the second floor was installed.

Second floor:

• Administrative offices, a dining area, a hall, and sanitary facilities accessible to persons with disabilities were designed and constructed.
• Emergency evacuation staircases were installed.
• Suspended ceilings were installed throughout all premises.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology was applied throughout the entire project lifecycle.
