TECHNICAL SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION EORKS

To ensure that construction or reconstruction works are carried out in accordance with the approved technical design, comply with the terms of the construction contract, and meet the requirements of the legal and regulatory framework of the Republic of Lithuania, SIP provides construction technical supervision services through highly experienced construction supervision managers.

At the Client’s request, and in pursuit of higher construction quality, the implementation of additional international construction standards, or more efficient project execution, SIP also offers extended construction supervision and construction management services.

SIP’s certified construction technical supervisors and certified supervisors for specialised construction works provide technical supervision services throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Lithuania and for all types of structures, including residential and non-residential buildings, transport infrastructure, water supply and wastewater management networks, hydraulic structures, and other engineering infrastructure.
