Service description
In September 2025, UAB Statybų inžinerinės paslaugos successfully completed a unique construction project for a multifunctional sports center in Gargždai. The development was executed in two phases, resulting in the construction of two interconnected buildings joined by a central atrium. The site was fully developed with all necessary infrastructure, including utility networks, access roads, pedestrian pathways, public spaces, and a parking area.
Phase I involved the construction of a swimming pool facility with a total area of 3,945 m². The pool features four 25-meter lanes and a movable floor system, allowing for adjustable depth up to 3.8 meters. The building also includes spectator stands, changing rooms, administrative offices, fitness areas, and a SPA zone with saunas.
Phase II comprised the development of a universal sports hall with a total area of 4,466 m², designed to host high-level regional competitions and events. Both buildings showcase distinctive architectural solutions and were designed to meet modern functional and aesthetic standards.
The project also included the installation of comprehensive transportation infrastructure and engineering networks, ensuring reliable and long-term operation of the sports center. The facility was built to meet Energy Efficiency Class A, reflecting the implementation of sustainable and energy-efficient construction practices aimed at minimizing environmental impact.
Throughout the entire construction process, UAB Statybų inžinerinės paslaugos provided construction supervision services, ensuring that all works were completed on schedule and in compliance with the highest quality standards.
