FIDIC Engineer and Construction Technical Supervision Services in Raseiniai District

In October 2018, UAB “Statybų inžinerinės paslaugos” (SIP) and UAB “Raseinių vandenys” signed a contract for the technical supervision of construction works related to the development and reconstruction of water supply and wastewater networks in the villages of Gruzdiškė, Ramonai, Kaulakiai, Pramedžiava, and Ražaitėliai, Raseiniai District.

During the project, SIP provided technical supervision of construction works, ensured efficient administration of construction contracts, addressed technical and organizational issues arising during project implementation, and performed the duties of the FIDIC Engineer in accordance with the contractual conditions of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).

As part of the project implementation in the above-mentioned villages of Raseiniai District, approximately 23 km of new water supply and/or wastewater networks were installed. Taking into account the scale and complexity of the project, SIP assembled a professional team of technical supervision specialists with extensive experience in infrastructure project management, construction of engineering networks, and construction supervision.

All project works were successfully completed in October 2021, ensuring full compliance with applicable legal requirements, technical standards, and the provisions of FIDIC contracts.
