We deliver technical designs of all categories, including detailed technical designs and/or construction working drawings.

At various stages of documentation development, we determine the estimated construction cost of engineering structures and provide consulting services during procurement and tendering processes.

We also provide construction supervision services, ensuring that project implementation aligns with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

With experience in over 200 successfully completed projects, our portfolio continues to grow. The experienced project managers at SIP have successfully delivered large-scale water management projects funded by the European Union Structural Funds across all municipalities in the Republic of Lithuania.

A project developed by UAB Statybų inžinerinės paslaugos was recognized as the Best Engineering Infrastructure BIM Project in the “Lithuanian BIM Projects 2020” competition, organized by Skaitmeninė statyba and the Lithuanian Builders Association.
