Our Project

Our team of specialists works with you from the preparation of technical documentation to the implementation of construction works:

• We conduct analysis of existing networks;
• We prepare design proposals;
• We develop water supply and sewerage network projects;
• We develop wastewater treatment and improvement facility projects;
• We develop projects for outdoor water supply and sewerage networks of buildings.

We prepare technical projects, technical working projects and/or working projects of all categories. At various stages of documentation preparation, we determine the estimated cost of construction and provide consultations during tendering processes. We provide project management services.

Experience:

• Over 200 successful projects, and the number is constantly growing. Our experienced SIP project managers have successfully implemented large-scale water management projects funded by EU structural funds in all municipalities of the Republic of Lithuania.
• The project prepared by UAB "Statybų inžinerinės paslaugos" was recognized as the best engineering network BIM project in the competition "Lithuanian BIM Projects 2020" organized by the Public Institution "Digital Construction" and the Lithuanian Construction Association.
