Service description:
We are among the first in Lithuania to have started developing Water Management projects as early as 2008, and building projects in 2011, on the advanced BIM (Building Information Modeling) platform, where the model of the building or water management facility being designed is created in a 3D environment. The 3D model allows our clients to have a clearer understanding of the desired outcome from the initial design stage, helps to effectively solve the intersection nodes of structures and engineering systems, allows for a more accurate assessment of the quantities of materials and products, digitizes the design process and thus shortens the entire construction process.
Here are some of the key technical terms used in the translation:
- Building Information Modeling (BIM): A process of creating and managing digital information for a built asset. The BIM model is a data-rich representation of the physical and functional characteristics of a facility.
- 3D environment: A virtual environment in which objects can be modeled and manipulated in three dimensions.
- Intersection nodes: Points where different elements of a structure or system meet.
- Digitization: The process of converting information into a digital format.
