In the summer of 2024, the construction of the Administrative Building at Vakarinė g. 105 in Vilnius, along with all associated facilities on the site, including car parking areas and street ramps, was successfully completed. The administrative business center "Vestum" stands out with its modern architecture and the highest sustainability standards. This five-story building includes one underground level, occupies a plot of 1.7541 hectares and its total usable area amounts to 8,580 square meters. The Project was developed by AB "Norteo". The building is distinguished by its A+ energy efficiency class, reflecting modern technologies and a responsible approach to environmental protection.
The Project also included the installation of new car parking areas and the renovation of street ramps to ensure smooth traffic flow and convenience for building users. Technical supervision throughout the construction process was provided by UAB "Statybų inžinerinės paslaugos" (SIP), ensuring that all works met the set standards and were completed on time.
The "Vestum" business center is not only a workplace but also a symbol of architectural innovation and urban development in Vilnius. The business center is highly visible and accessible, with modern facilities adapted for the activities of various sectors. The implementation of this Project contributes to Vilnius vision of becoming an even more attractive and functional business hub in the Baltic region.
