The used oil recycling plant in the Klaipėda district, in the village of Laistai, will become one of the most advanced in Europe. The plant will process used oil and produce new lubricants, complying with strict environmental standards and EU regulations. This construction project, which is of great importance for both the environment and the economy, will contribute to the development of the circular economy and the reduction of pollution. The construction value of the plant is 48 million euros, and UAB "HILL Group's" total investment in the project will reach as much as 100 million euros.
The role of the FIDIC Engineer in the construction of the used oil mixing and regeneration plant is extremely important - it includes the management of the construction project, quality control, contract management and the resolution of disputes between the construction participants.
